Collection outside Art Lab Gnesta
The artist Malin Franzén has for two years worked with the marsh Marksjön just outside Gnesta and in October her exhibition opens at Art Lab Gnesta.
Together with the Naturskyddsföreningen Daga-Gnesta (Nature Conservation Association), she has carried out a mowing in the meadow next to the marsh, to get materials for the exhibition and to let herbs and meadow flowers grow up among sly and overgrown land. Now we need to stomp on the mowing for the seeds to get a foothold in the ground!
Come talk about performance art and making art in a swamp with Malin. We offer hot chocolate and sandwiches. NOTE! Put on sore shoes!
